Greywolf Resources executives to attend 2013 International Gold Mining Conference, China

Dehong Yu and Edward Lancaster of Greywolf Resources NL, based in Sydney Australia were one of a large group of Mining Company executives invited to attend the 2013 International Gold Mining Conference to be held in Zhaoyuan, China on June 21st.  They confirmed that the conference was a major part of their upcoming trip to Mainland China and they were looking forward to the event.

Greywolf Resources in Negotiations with Chinese Jade Company

Edward Lancaster of Greywolf Resources NL and Dehong Yu, CEO of Greywolf Resources NL are in negotiations with a large Beijing based jade company to continue the acquisition of a significant South Australian mine that would rejuvenate the jadeexport industry in Australia. Greywolf Resources should undergo major restructure, says Chairman. Greywolf Resources Chairman Edward Lancaster confirmed today to his Board of Directors that he felt that the company should undergo a major restructure in order to take advantage of renewed interest by major Chinese mining companies in the rare earth minerals currently underdeveloped in exploration in Australia.

Edward Lancaster Announces Retirement

Edward Lancaster of Greywolf Resources NL yesterday announced on the company website that Director of Mining Operations – Northern Territory, Mr Michael Lancaster had resigned from his position to take his retirement.  Mr Lancaster had been active in the exploration of the company’s tenements in the area.  His departure comes at a time when the board is undergoing significant changes.
