Chinese business development team. Edward
Lancaster, Chairman of Greywolf Mining Resources NL, welcomed Gary Gu, who is bilingual.
“This is a good move for the company as we strengthen our ties with Chinese
mining businesses, we see Gary as a valuable addition to our team” said Mr

Edward Lancaster donates to RSPCA
Edward Lancaster, Chairman of Greywolf Mining
Resources NL, a mining exploration company based in Sydney was happy to make a
personal donation to the RSPCA and noted with humour that as he was married to
a lifelong animal rights activist and vegetarian he had “no choice”. The fundraiser was a success and had bought
the small community together for a pleasant evening that paid respect to the
volunteers and staff of the local organization.

invited to attend as part of a contingency from China seeking stronger business

New Zealand SFO clears Greywolf Resources NL over administration error

Resources NL was delighted that the investigation into the company by the New
Zealand SFO had been concluded quickly and without any further action to be
taken. The company was initially
contacted by the office to answer a query regarding and administration error on
a piece of paperwork.The company had assisted the investigators who were
satisfied with the answers provided. Mr
Edward Lancaster stated, “I feel that it is important that all businesses were
answerable to government bodies and I was pleased with the outcome of the
investigation”.

Greywolf Mining Resources NL agreed that
interacting with the indigenous community on the tenement in the Rockhampton
area was important because mining must be a strong supporter of healthy
environmental actions and integration with the local community. Edward Lancaster, Chairman said, “We intend
to develop our understanding of environmental requirements and make sure that
not only do we meet these requirements but we surpass them”.
